Alex Páramo is an experienced financial services professional with 5 years of industry exposure in various roles at Latino-owned Cabrera Capital. Previously, Alex was a public finance investment banker, advising tax-exempt entities on capital raises for critical public infrastructure. He also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving inclusive policy initiatives for diverse-owned financial services firms, establishing new revenue streams, and promoting overall business growth. Most recently, Alex was a founding member of the M&A Advisory group where he focused on deal execution in the lower middle-market.
Alex is the Founder and President of the Joliet Latino Economic Development Association and has been recognized as a Robert Toigo Fellow, LunaCap Fellow, and Negocios Now Chicago 40 Under 40. Alex is an incoming MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B.S. of Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
