Sol Trujillo, Managing Partner & CEO, is the former CEO of Telstra, Orange SA and US West. Sol is a telecom and technology pioneer and operating expert. He is also the Co-founder of L’ATTITUDE and chairman of the Latino Donor Collaborative. Sol was ranked by Hispanic Business magazine as one of 100 Most Influential Hispanics in the US. He sits on the board of WPP and is a former board member of Bank of America, Pepsi and Target. Sol has an unrivaled network of corporate and community leaders that are committed to the Latino economy.
Gary Acosta, Managing Partner & President, is the Co-Founder & CEO of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals(NAHREP®) and a 25-year veteran of the housing industry. NAHREP is one of the nation’s largest real estate trade associations with over 30,000 members and 80 local chapters. Gary has also founded several successful mortgage, real estate, and technology companies: Prado Mortgage, New Vista Asset Management, CounselorMax, and RealEstateEspanol.com. Gary is also Co-Founder of L’ATTITUDE.
Kennie Blanco, Managing Partner & CIO, is a 13-year investment professional that has deployed billions of dollars across private and public markets. He has deep domain expertise in investments, economics, institutional asset management, financial technology and operational risk. Kennie is a former Portfolio Manager at BlackRock and more recently has worked in private markets, both at the venture and buyout stages. He is a leader in the Latino community and former President of Bay Area Latinos in Finance.
Laura Moreno Lucas, Partner, leverages her exceptional network and expertise to support the firm’s deal flow and outreach strategy. She is the Founder & CEO of Pandocap which provides strategic advisory and media services that help early and growth-stage companies access capital markets, implement and measure ESG strategies and accelerate towards an initial public offering (IPO). Prior to Pandocap, Laura was a Managing Director at Nasdaq where she led the IPOs of Beyond Meat, Lyft, The RealReal, Airbnb and other high-profile listings. Laura is also a successful Latina entrepreneur having found and exited Ladada, one of the first fashion subscription startups to feature emerging new designers. Laura is an advisor to 500 Startups, Fulcrum Ventures and a board member of California Lutheran University and Pangea Legal.
Pete Amaro, Partner, previously served as a Partner at Morales Capital Partners, a family office led by Angel Morales, the former Co-Head of Bank of America / Merrill Lynch’s $6 billion private equity business. He evaluated $20-$75 million investments in venture, growth, and buyout opportunities in healthcare, tech, and consumer sectors. He co-founded and was CFO at Luminary Media, a podcast platform which raised over $100 million, and was VP at The Raine Group, a global merchant bank focused on sports, media, and entertainment. Pete also serves on boards for Maestro Cares, the Latino Donor Collaborative, and St. Ignatius College Prep. He has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Christy Fernandez-Cull is the CEO and founder of DaVinci Wearables. Previously she led the sensing and perception system’s teams at Waymo - formerly Google Self-Driving. She was also the Head of Sensors at Lyft Level 5 Self-Driving Division, leading sensor architecture for Lyft vehicle platforms — designing machine eyes to help transform transportation of the future. Prior to Lyft, she was a technologist at Apple spanning autonomous systems and the Camera and Depth Hardware team that released the first-of-kind Light Detection and Ranging module in the 2020 iPad. She has spanned both the development of Defense technologies at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and at-scale consumer-product technologies at Apple. She is a technology advisor to multiple VCs and startups in the areas of sensors and systems for security, robotics, autonomous vehicles and digital health and wearables. She received her MS and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University and MBA from MIT and enjoys mentorship and serving as a guest lecture at MIT / Media Lab and recruiting in STEM/STEAM fields.

Diana Hernandez, CPG Consultant, brings over 15 years of CPG experience to the due diligence process and growth of portfolio companies. Diana has worked for Fortune 500 companies and managed top household brands, including Clorox, Brita, and method products. She has P&L management and cross-functional experience in finance, sales, marketing, and Ecommerce, with expertise in launching and growing brands. Diana began her career as an auditor in financial services with PwC. Diana is also an Executive Career Coach and is the Chair of San Francisco Hispanic Scholarship Fund Advisory Board.
Oscar Munoz, Partner, is the former Chairman and CEO of United Airlines. Oscar currently serves on the board of directors for CBRE Group Inc. and Univision Holdings Inc. and sits as an independent trustee on Fidelity’s Equity & High-Income Funds Board. Prior to United, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CSX Corporation. Oscar is active in several industry coalitions and philanthropic and educational organizations including the University of Southern California’s Board of Trustees and the PAFA advisory board of Vanderbilt University. He is also a partner at L’ATTITUDE.

Dario is a young Latino from Greater Chicago and now attending NYU on a full scholarship, studying Economics, Technology, and Philosophy. He is the Founder of Pupil, an EdTech startup that matches high school students with university mentors. Dario has been named to Inicio’s Top 100 Latinx Founders to Watch List in 2022 and Life-Changing Labs' 22 Under 22 List as the youngest member. Dario previously held research assistantships at Princeton University, Harvard University, and MIT Sloan School of Management. He is passionate about Latina(o) empowerment and access to higher education.
Fabián, Venture Consultant, is an investor and ex-startup/VC attorney. He's a Venture Partner at Mana Ventures, focused on sourcing, evaluating, and investing in early-stage companies. His Mana Ventures deals include Ocrolus, Nanome, and ScienceIO. Furthermore, Fabián is actively moderating and being a guest speaker at startup/VC events. While doing an MBA at NYU Stern, he worked as a Summer Associate at Humana's VC team and was a Venture Fellow in AlleyCorp's $100M healthcare fund, focusing on launching a LatAm digital health startup. Earlier in his career, Fabián was a startup/VC attorney at law firms Gunderson Dettmer and Strategic Law Partners (SLP), having represented startups and VC firms such as HELIX (Google X) and Science Inc (Dollar Shave Club).
Originally from Los Angeles, Charlie is a rising Sophomore at Princeton University. He graduated with highest honors from Loyola High School of Los Angeles as an AP Scholar with Highest Distinction and a National Hispanic Scholar. Charlie is pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in econometrics and quantitative economics, with minors in Spanish language and culture, as well as finance. Last summer, he was an intern at The Walt Disney Company. Charlie established Ignatian Coding, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that collaborates with middle schools in the Pico-Union area, imparting programming skills to low-income students. He is passionate about empowerment through education and technology.
Kiana is a New Jersey native and a rising junior at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Public Health and Economics and minoring in Entrepreneurship and Management. When she’s not in the Lab working on women’s health, you can find her running around Baltimore training for a half marathon, or roaming around Inner Harbor. Kiana is exploring opportunities that further her knowledge in the healthcare and digital health sectors.
