Diego is pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Before his MBA, Diego was a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager at Crehana, a Series B HR Tech Start-up, where he played a crucial role in consolidating their SAAS model. Diego also has broad product management and operations experience. He helped DiDi, a ride-sharing platform, develop and launch new product offerings in Mexico and Latin America. As Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant at EY, he assessed and improved companies operating models in Latin America and the United States. Diego holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, where he presided over a student group focused on assisting underrepresented communities.
