Elisa Sepulveda
Elisa Sepulveda is an early-stage venture investor and ecosystem builder with experience across the U.S. and Latin America. She has a strong track record sourcing and supporting Seed and Series A companies in fintech, enterprise software, and infrastructure-driven business models.
Prior to joining L’Attitude Ventures, Elisa was a Partner at Angel Ventures US, where she helped expand the firm’s U.S. presence and backed high-growth Hispanic and Latino-led startups. She also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at MATH Venture Partners. Earlier in her career, Elisa was Managing Director of Founder Institute Texas, leading one of the region’s most active accelerator programs and working closely with dozens of companies from formation through early scale.
Elisa serves on the board of Alamo Angels and is active in the Austin entrepreneurial community. She obtained an MBA and Masters in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachlors of Arts in City and Regional Planning from Bryn Mawr College. When she isn't working with founders, Elisa enjoys cooking, gardening, horseback riding in the local hunter/jumper circuit, and spending time with her two horses, Watson and Mona, and miniature schnauzer Lola "Potato".
