Jose Ramirez
Intern
Jose is a Junior at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, studying Finance with minors in Real Estate and Communication. At Baruch, he has been active in ALPFA’s Baruch fundraising committee, organizing programs to achieve fundraising goals and promote volunteer involvement.
He served as a Brand Ambassador for the BRE Hotels & Resorts Bridge Program, part of Blackstone’s portfolio, where he introduced CUNY students to real estate through training and hotel industry exposure. Before joining L’ATTITUDE Ventures, Jose participated in several Project Destined initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in valuation, underwriting, and comparative analysis for mixed-use properties. A Harlem Native, Jose pursues private equity with a dedication to uplifting Latino communities on and beyond campus.
